To be a lifist with your own set of values.

With an independent set of values that do not rely on the times or sway according to trends by knowing true quality you do not get ruled by things or status.

Living the present is more important than anything else for lifists.

By moving forward in the everyday life going towards the unknown beyond one day at a time while hope and disappointment in ideals and reality repeat.

And at times when one feels down one looks back at how they overcame the challenges and difficulties in the past and regain their almost lost courage or confidence; while imagining the future in a positive way living 'now' which is in between the past that has gone by and the future to come.

Lifists know.

That 'now' makes the past and makes the future.
